The MXR is Mizuno's entry-level Sportstyle silhouette — a 2000s retro-running design that extends the lineage of the globally recognised Wave Rider 10. The name comes from Mizuno's Maximizer running line, long offered in its domestic market.
Built on new tooling with multiple rubber parts for technical colour blocking, the MXR pairs white air mesh with silver overlays and detail work including eyestay prints, debossed quarters and custom tapes. Stack 12 mm, ~300 g. Unisex sizing (women's –1.5).
